Small Size Paper Mache Lacquered Wooden Pouch with Lid. this sweet and beautiful little pouch/ container is interesting with beautiful lacquer work. The top pf the lid is fitted with an old Chinese coin and a metal ring for easy opening. The lid closes well. This pouch was probably used for storing personal items such as tobacco and others. Late 19th-early 20th century.
