This elegant low table, higher than other Chinese low tables, with the size of a meditation stool, is constructed with lattice work on top and a Ming style frame with legs slightly tapered into hoof feet. The patterned ice-ray style lattice work is composed of both trianglular and five-sided geometric shape intertwined. It is made of Huali-like hardwood. With original darkish lacquer finish. Some repairs. 150-250 years old.
